Inclement Weather Policy
Due to snowfall, it may be necessary to change or cancel a Sunday service. The decision will be based on the Snow Emergency level for Warren County.
If a change in services is made, it will be announced via the Church Center app, email, and on the church’s website.
Level 1
Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy. Motorists are urged to drive very cautiously.
There will no change in services. The congregation is encouraged to use their own judgment for traveling to church.
Level 2
Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be very icy. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roads. Motorists should use extreme caution.
There will be an 11 am service only at the church. The congregation should feel free to watch online as driving in would be risky. The elderly and infirmed are encouraged to join online as extensive clearing the parking lot and sidewalks won’t be possible.
Level 3
All roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one should be driving during these conditions unless it is absolutely necessary to travel or a personal emergency exists.
Services will be canceled. A previously broadcast service will be shown on YouTube at 11 am.
